James has been a Loan Officer with Real Estate Resource Home Loans since 2003. He is licensed in both Illinois and Indiana. His goal, when he entered the industry was to make himself a “Purchase Specialist” and to this day still focuses on helping First Time Home Buyers and repeat buyers get financed for the home of their dreams. James works with many top producing Real Estate Agents in both Illinois and Indiana so not only can he assist you with your financing needs he can also team you up with a Real Estate Agent if you are in need . James specializes in all types of financing including Conv, Insured Conventional, FHA (including 203k rehab loans), VA, and USDA. James also doesn’t run away from the credit challenged because with the right actions anyone can prepare to purchase a home even if it is in future.
