Position: Mortgage Processor or Processor Assistant

Responsibilities:
• Phone and Data Entry: Answer phones and input data into the system.
• Document Management: Scan, file, and organize documents.
• Assisting Loan Processors and Administration: Help with processing and daily administrative tasks.
• Verification Orders: Order verifications of income, assets, credit, and liabilities.
• Property-Related Orders: Order title work, insurance, appraisals, and other related documents.
• Review Loan Documents: Evaluate FHA, VA, USDA loan documents for completeness and proper execution.
Required Skills:
• Experience: 6 months to 1+ years of recent residential mortgage processing experience is required.
• Basic Mortgage Knowledge: Familiarity with mortgage terms.
• Customer Service: Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as a service-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Summary:
As a Mortgage Processor or Processor Assistant, you will support the loan processing team by ensuring accurate and
timely processing of mortgage applications. Reporting to the Mortgage Processor, you will utilize your core skills in loan
processing, while leveraging premium skills such as underwriting and credit analysis. Your strong communication and
customer service abilities will enhance client interactions, ensuring adherence to Fair Housing regulations. With a focus
on detail and organization, you will play a vital role in facilitating a smooth mortgage experience for our clients and contributing
to the overall efficiency of our financial services team.
Type: Full-time / In-Person • 8-Hour Shift
Pay: $35,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year • Monday – Friday
