James has been a Loan Officer with Real Estate Resource Home Loans since 2003 and is licensed in both Illinois and Indiana. From the very beginning of his career, James set out to become a true Purchase Specialist - a goal he continues to live out every day by helping first-time homebuyers and repeat buyers secure financing for the home of their dreams.
James works closely with many top-producing real estate agents across Illinois and Indiana. This collaborative approach allows him not only to guide clients through the financing process, but also to connect them with trusted real estate professionals when needed, ensuring a smooth and successful home-buying experience from start to finish.
He specializes in a wide range of loan programs, including Conventional and Insured Conventional loans, FHA financing (including 203(k) rehab loans), VA loans, and USDA loans. James is also passionate about helping credit-challenged borrowers. He believes that with the right guidance and preparation, homeownership is achievable - even if the timeline is further down the road.
Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelly, and can often be found salmon/steelhead fishing on Lake Michigan and it's rivers.
