Working with Charlie was such a great experience. He was/is very knowledgeable, honest, and available to answer all our questions… even if they were repeated questions. James is on your side. He puts in the work and goes to bat for YOU and your needs. Jim made my family and me very happy and we could not have done it without him. It is hard to believe that he was the most important component to the entire process; coming into this we thought having the right realtor was the key component. The process was so much better with him leading us through it, and assisting us. He goes above and beyond for his clients.

But, don’t take my word for it.
It was my first home purchase and the process was very intimidating. Being meticulous and detail oriented, I had “interviewed” at least 10 brokers and a lot of the responses were vague or “We’ll only get into more detail if you commit to working with us”. Luckily, one of the people I happened to reach out to was Jim (James Forrest) and he walked me through the entire process with way more detail than I could have hoped for. Needless to say, the process thereafter was very smooth and I have since refinanced my house two additional times (so he closed me smoothly three times without any issues) In addition, I was able to refer at least three of my friends to Jim and they all came back with “Thank you for the recommendation! He was awesome”. If you are out there shopping for a mortgage or a refinance, I urge you to consider Jim in your shortlist as I assure you that you will be in great hands. He is honest, up front and will disclose everything down to the last penny. Once of the biggest annoyances I faced in this industry is that people are very vague on how much they charge and you go into these transactions without knowing exactly what you are paying. Not so with Jim. I don’t expect anyone to work for free but I do appreciate knowing exactly how much someone would make from my transaction and that helps in negotiating rates, closing costs and points. But, don’t take my word for it. Talk to James Forrest!

Jim helped us in finding a product that best suited our financial needs, he really listened to our needs before making his recommendations. Once our loan was in process his entire team that helped bring our loan to a close were second to none! I am always concerned about “surprises” during business transactions, but with Jim and his team driving our process there were no hidden costs, surprises, or last minute changes. Everything came through as first promised!
